[摘要]目的：探讨硅胶银丝阴茎假体在勃起功能障碍患者中的应用，特别是在置入三件套可膨胀阴茎假体后出现机械并发症的患者中的应用。方法：选用AMS（American Medical Systems）公司生产的AMS Malleable 650TM 阴茎假体治疗13例勃起功能障碍患者，其中6例是由于置入的三件套可膨胀性阴茎假体出现机械性并发症后，要求更换阴茎假体。结果：13例患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合，平均随访12个月,除2例出现阴茎疼痛及1例出现假体过短外，其余患者夫妻双方性生活满意，未发现其他并发症。结论：对于一些经济困难的患者及部分置入三件套可膨胀阴茎假体后出现机械故障的患者而言，硅胶银丝阴茎假体仍不失为一个理想的选择。

Implantation of silicon-silver penile prosthesis for the treatment of erectile dysfunction

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of using the silicon-silver penile prosthesis for treatment of erectile dysfunction, Especially in the patients whose implanted three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis occurred the mechanical complication. Methods The AMS Malleable 650TM penile prosthesis, produced by American Medical Systems, was implanted in 13 patients. It included 6 patients who wanted to replace the three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis with the silicon-silver penile prosthesis because of the mechanical complication. Results All the incisions were healing in one period. Following up 12 months in average, the sexual life was satisfied and there were no complications except penile pain in 2 patients and prosthesis shortened in one patient. Conclusion For some patients whose income is low or whose implanted three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis has mechanical complication and want to replace it, the silicon-silver penile prosthesis is a good choice.
